We conduct hunts year round, seven days a week on private ranches ranging from 6000 acres to 1000 acres. The terrain consist of pine islands, oak hammocks improved pastures and marsh ponds. We have over 20 comfortable Family Tradition and Millinium ladder stands, along with many double stands strategically placed for bow hunter, pistol, muzzleloader or rifle. Spot and stalk opportunities present that can bring you close and if up close and personal is what you are looking for...we have exciting dog hunting action that will get the adrenelin flowing!
A typical hunt will consist of sitting on a stand location for several hours or spot and stalk hunting open pastures and ponds. Tree stand hunters have a success rate of 90-95% when hunting over feeders. EquipmentOsceola Outdoors offers hog hunts year round so be prepared according to the season. A bug tamer or a Thermacell are highly recommended during the wet months of the year (May-October). Hunters should bring the weapon of their choice but please be familiar with that weapon as it will dictate your success as long range shooting opportunities may present itself. Hunters will also need a large cooler and ice to pack their meat. Guides will quarter the meat and processing can be arranged. License InformationNo hunting license is required for wild hog hunts. ReservationsReservations are recommended and a minimum of two hunters is necessary for hog hunts. PricingHog hunts are conducted starting at a rate of $175 for a half-day hunt.
